TokuScrubs earlier today (https://nyaa.si/view/2016568) put out their amazing effort of scrubbing the official hardsubs of Kamen Rider Zeztz to softsub format, so we don't all have to endure the horrible bit-starved, watermarked copy Toei sees fit to give us. And I will forever be grateful. I'd been attempting to do this myself, and I got about 10 minutes into the episode before they got theirs out, so I no longer needed to. Seriously, thank you, guys. However, anyone who knows me knows I'm very particular about my fansubs. I like consistency, and I like a certain style that isn't very popular among fansub groups. So this here is an edit of TokuScrubs' release to fit my own personal preferences. At its heart, it's the TokuScrubs release, timed to the Hikounin-Raws raw. The major changes are: 1. Various fonts changes. You may find they now match what certain other sub groups like to use. 2. I've done a lot more formatting of the on-screen text. I haven't done it all, because having spent weeks of my life doing it for Tokusatsu Gagaga, I'm still scarred. I might do it when the Blu-Rays come out. 3. British spellings, because I'm British. 4. Riders say "Henshin" now. Because I like it. 5. In general, Henshin belts and other items tend not to have their jingles translated, with some exceptions. Again, just my preference. I'd much rather have a GABURINCHO than a CHOMPACHOMP. 6. Japanese order for names. Again, these are just my personal preferences. If you don't like them, I totally get it, but the joy of soft subs is that you can edit them to your heart's content, and I encourage you to do so.
