## This is an **OPTIONAL** patch for the following episodes: ``` [JySzE] Cowboy Bebop - 17 [v3].mkv [JySzE] Cowboy Bebop - 19 [v3].mkv [JySzE] Cowboy Bebop - 23 [v3].mkv \Extras\[JySzE] Fixed SD EPs\[JySzE] Cowboy Bebop - 23 [v3].mkv ``` ## **You only need this patch if you use refresh rate switching.** ___ The original V3 files caused the display to be set to 29.970 because refresh rate switching doesn't read the full timecodes. This patch fixes that, so the videos will correctly trigger the proper refresh rate. If you’re not sure what refresh rate switching is or don’t use it, you can safely ignore this patch as the old V3 plays back correctly. How long you gonna upscale, the films are with toei. Have you seen the fate of Funimation recent releases. The fans liked the 30th anniversary and they are 2000s kids, They even liked the super more than z. Cause they are adopted to SpongeBob and flash animations. Clear and crisp all it matters. Even if you upscale DBZ you gonna make the show end it like super in 8k or 4k. The Disney movies have you seen from 1940s movie like Fantasia or Pinnochia. They are famous not for the today's 4k standard, The fantasia has Epic music and pinnochia has good story. Similarly, Dragon ball and Z are famous for the hype and the chi (Scientist even today known it's benifit but couldn't figured it out) A real story where a a kid bitten by honey bees survived, the reason he said he felt like Vegeta. I say stop being perfect, let the chips fall where they may. Som really stepped up with the broadcast audio sync, they need to keep up.
