For a show whose appeal is supposed to be wit and cunning, having such a shit-for-brain dumbass smack dab in the spotlight serves as a massive distraction from the depth of the mind games. The only time she'll correctly count how many fingers she has on her hands would be if she was in a game where performing basic arithmetic would earn her 100 million dollars in debt. Any other time, she'll come up with a decimal number. Makes you wonder, do these games really have depth to them? How easy would it have been to throw Fukunaga under the bus if the mob characters didn't also have profound mental retardation? They all could've gone to Nao after baldie's speech and said, "yo bich, pay us 5M each and we'll tell you about Fukunaga's plot and work with you instead." After that, they all use M tickets to secure the deal. That way, instead of paying 5M to secure safety, they receive 5M AND secure their safety. Nao could even negotiate to 1M each if she wanted and they'll all still probably agree. Give them a single additional brain cell each and the game wouldn't even be exciting.
