if you have a whole series to upload you're supposed to upload a batch so you don't spam the site

If you go back to their earliest uploads, they claim they don't have control over the upload spam. Which is bullshit because they just need to TURN THEIR SCRIPT OFF until it's fixed to upload the batch in a single torrent and the correct category. Since it hasn't been done, I would assume bad actor rather than stupid user.

I've reported this user before for spam, but nothing happened. The spam has gotten infinitely worse since then. Not sure why they're just letting it happen. The flooding rule is obviously being broken.
